You've graduated college. Now what?
It took blood, sweat, tears, and money, but we're finally here. Years of hard work have finally paid off with the coveted bachelor's degree. But unless you're going straight back to school for another degree, once the graduation parties are over it's time to take what you've learned and become a productive member of society.
You may be getting many questions from parents, friends, professors, and recruiters — all curious about what your time, money, and investment in university will turn into. You may be overwhelmed, but we're here to aid your decision and help take what you learned in Chi Alpha and launch you into your next steps.

CMIT: Campus Missionary in Training
"The person you come to college as never leaves, and the person you leave college as never changes."
A CMIT internship with XA is a 10-month opportunity to learn and develop the character and competencies necessary for a calling and mission among college students. It includes a Biblical and practical ministry education, character development, and a wide variety of skill acquisition required for campus ministry service. It involves learning and growing under the care and mentoring of men and women who have modeled fruitfulness and godliness.
